Roles & Responsibilities

The Management and Program Analyst Provides program management expertise and guidance across all projects within a program, including managing and monitoring program activities & dependencies, and preparing various program artifacts, analyses, and documentation (charter, plans, status reports, agendas, notes, etc.).

  • Participate in and oversee projects involving the entire spectrum of business management in support of program requirements definition through the sole source or competitive award, administration, and closeout of contracts, task orders, and tribal agreements.
  • Performs all duties of contract administration, including correspondence, documentation, evaluation, financial reporting, related to government contracting.
  • Provides accurate financial analysis for management of contracts.
  • Manages and oversees tasks specified in the contract.
  • Supervises and manages personnel and subcontractor personnel assigned to the contract.
  • Manages Cost, Schedule, and Performance of the contract.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet customer requirements, Company quality standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Support all customer meetings (industry and Government), including subcontractors.
  • Support other duties as assigned to support Business Development and Capture requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience working in one of the following areas: commercial business operations, government and tribal client relationships that are focused on IT service delivery and consulting services, financial management • Bachelor's degree • US Citizenship Required
